Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager, Purchasing Agent, Multi Task Member to join our team. The ideal candidate/candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency, and supporting various departments within the organization. We are an established local Contract Manufacturing Company.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality
- Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and systems
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure maximum productivity
- Assist in budgeting and expense tracking regulations - Quickbooks
- Help organize office operations and procedures
- Help to manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Will maintain office compliance with all government regulations, and assist with ISO standards
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Have experience with MRP or ERP programs, Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suites and some knowledge of ISO standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in front desk operations
- Knowledge of human resources practices
- Excellent schedule management skills
- Ability to develop training programs for staff development
- Supervisory experience is preferred
