Requirements of the Dining Services Director Position:
- CDM (Certified Dietary Manager Certification) preferred
- SERV-SAFE Certified
- Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on nutrition and presentation.
- Experience in Senior Living industry preferred
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for not only internal staff but all residents & family.
- Passionate with strong leadership skills desired, self-directed, and reliable with a great attitude.
- The Dining Services Director plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operations of the Dining Services Department
- Prepares food items ad serves food to Residents within scheduled time frame
- Follows menu cycle, noting changes or substitutions
- May be required to act as lead Chef up to 3 days per week
