Job Overview:
The Office Manager will be responsible for leading and developing the office staff to ensure an efficient, accurate, and productive workflow. This position is crucial for maintaining effective communication and upholding our high customer service standards. You will be responsible for managing Dispatch, Customer Service Representatives (CSR), and Admin staff, all of whom report directly to you. Your primary goal is to ensure that the office functions smoothly, customer expectations are exceeded, and our company’s vision is achieved.

- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching, training, and developing teams.
