Your New Role
As a Project Manager, you will take charge of industrial construction projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and on budget. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing project material and subcontractor buyouts.
- Conducting material takeoffs and reviewing submittals for contract compliance.
- Negotiating change orders and monitoring production.
- Coordinating work with general and project superintendents.
- Handling monthly billing and invoice reviews.
- Facilitating team collaboration to resolve project challenges.

Job requirements
