Description
Duties and responsibilities
Responsible for operating and tending plastic molding machines to mold plastic automotive parts.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Follow and enforce all Environmental and Safety Rules.
- Read, follow, and enforce Standard Work Instructions.
- Audit groups performance.
- Visually scan parts for quality defects.
- Understanding the targets and goals for the department.
- Can recognize downtime and manage effectively.
- Package parts according to customers' requirements.
- Able to take corrective action to quality issues.
- Follow established procedures to reject nonconforming products.
- Ensure production paperwork is correct and filled out completely.
- Maintain and enforce clean work areas.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Self-motivated
- Ability to train and work with others
