- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems.
- Strong understanding of shipping regulations, freight logistics, and inventory control practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, heat, and vibrations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
