Job Summary
Chloeta is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee environmental, cultural, and related services projects within the Columbia-Pacific Northwest (CPN) Region. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Duty Station: Remote
Travel: Overnight travel may be required to various locations in the Columbia-Pacific Northwest (CPN) Region which includes Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
Compensation
This pay band reflects Chloeta’s good faith estimate of the range it expects to offer; Chloeta reserves the right to alter this range if business circumstances change.
$90,000-$110,000 annually

Duties/Responsibilities
Serves as lead for Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Environmental Assessment (EA), Biological Assessment (BA), cultural and paleontological resources and field survey services
Serves as POC for contract questions and communication for Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), Environmental Assessment (EA), Biological Assessment (BA), cultural and paleontological resources and field survey efforts
Evaluates the requirements of an order and developing and implementing a plan to meet those requirements
Serves as POC for individual orders, project staffing and scheduling.
Develops and maintains project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to meet client and company objectives
Ensures project compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and cultural resource regulations

Required Skills/Abilities
Familiarity with environmental and cultural resource regulations, such as NEPA, NHPA Section 106, and other relevant laws required
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints
Ability to lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions, reporting, and stakeholder presentations
Proficiency in budget management, cost estimation, and financial tracking
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing project documentation and deliverables
Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Education and Experience
Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field to environmental compliance
Required: At least Ten (10) years’ experience working with projects of similar scope and complexity
Required: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar accreditation
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
