The Public Health Subject Matter Expert will assist in the developing of an all-hazards public health emergency response framework for the Region 2 Health and Medical Coordinating Coalition (HMCC) and the seventy-four local health departments in the Region, including the Region 2 Public Health Emergency Preparedness (PHEP) Coalition (public health) all-hazards emergency response framework template for health departments / board of health. This role is aimed at guiding public health response to incidents / events within their community.
