Currently we are assisting one of our top home care agency partners with a need for an experienced Home Health RN Case Manager .
Coverage needs primarily in and around the Arlington / Belmont / Watertown , MA area.
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 40 hours / week
- No weekends, on-call or holidays required!
- Competitive pay rates with mileage reimbursement
- Consolidated territory, less travel
- 13-week contract with possibility to extend
The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for effectively managing and caring for a caseload of patients and their families in the community, from admission to discharge. The Registered Nurse supervises LPN's and Home Health Aides.
Requires minimum 1 year of recent Home Care RN Case Management experience doing OASIS visits with a Medicare certified agency.
