Currently we are assisting one of our top home care & hospice agency partners with a need for an experienced LPN for their Hospice House.
Hospice House LPN
Reading, MA
13 week contracts
Shift : 12 Hour Days (36 hours / week)
Start : ASAP

Requires minimum 1 year LPN hospice experience working with a Medicare certified agency or facility. Experienced and comfortable with providing care to terminally ill patients at end of life, death and dying. Excellent communication with patients, families, and members of a collaborative interdisciplinary team.
