Position Summary : The Project Manager will support the strategic goals of the organization by leading communications projects, including special events, all content creation for marketing collateral, the annual report, website and external and internal presentations. This position will support all communications efforts that advance CHN's business goals.

The rate of pay for this position is $65,000 per year (FLSA Exempt).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Lead content development, including all content creation for marketing collateral, the annual report, website and external and internal presentations for all CHN's lines of business.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and follow-up for special events including groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings with an eye on guarding CHN's reputation by ensuring highest standards are applied and best practices are utilized.
- Design and generate content for ongoing publications to support fundraising strategy and other priorities.
- Manage CHN's coverage of community events throughout the year, such as festivals and ward meetings, by working with internal staff and external organizers to ensure CHN is represented professionally and positively.
- Coordinate with vendors for design and printing of all collateral and production of branded materials.
- Coordinate the development and fulfillment of events and collateral budgets.
- Support all collateral needs for fundraising team.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager or Vice President.
