Job overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing digital marketing activities, including product creation, online listings, content syndication, and social media campaigns. The role includes creating and optimizing search and social ad campaigns, monitoring competitive media, managing social media communities, and fostering influencer relations. Responsibilities and duties:
- Digital Product Creation and Online Listings
- Develop and maintain accurate product descriptions and listings across various online platforms.
- Optimize product content to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Content Syndication and Marketing
- Distribute content across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility and reach.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to maximize engagement.
- Search and Social Ad Campaign Creation, Monitoring, and Optimization
- Design and implement paid search and social media advertising campaigns.
- Monitor ad performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Competitive Media Reporting
- Conduct regular analysis of competitor media activities and digital marketing strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
- Social Media Community Management
- Engage with the online community across various social media platforms.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Influencer Relations
- Identify and build relationships with key influencers in the industry.

Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Certification in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in creating, managing, and optimizing search and social ad campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Experience in working with influencers and managing online communities is preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to create engaging social media content is highly desirable.
- Proficient in digital marketing analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Wordpress, and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing strategies.
