Key Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Assess clients’ needs and recommend tailored insurance policies (e.g., life concepts).
Explain policy terms, coverage, and exclusions clearly and transparently.
Maintain accurate client records using next generation CRM software.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product changes.
Collaborate with underwriters and claims adjusters to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Licensing: Valid state insurance license (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
Experience: 1–2 years in sales or customer service; insurance industry experience a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
