You should have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and be able to provide effective training and mentorship to your team following our coaching tools. You should also be able to identify opportunities to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Sales Representative Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the number of insurance policies sold
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers via exclusive leads system, identify their needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, regulations, and best practices by plugging-in to our trainings and mentorship
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and recommend the right insurance solutions
• Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Train and mentor newly hired team members to ensure successful onboarding
• Develop and implement team-building activities to increase team morale and performance
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Sales Representative Job Requirements
• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations
• Proven track record of success in sales and team building
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Computer literacy and well-developed organizational skills
• Ability to work with different types of customers and team members
• Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
