We are looking for a a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure across seven office locations. As part of our internal information technology team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our servers, networks, cloud services, and overall IT operations.

We are looking for a a skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure across seven office locations. As part of our internal information technology team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our servers, networks, cloud services, and overall IT operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, storage, and cloud compute.
- Utilize best-in-class IT tools to provide infrastructure support.
- Collaborate with external vendors to monitor system performance, security, and backups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues for internal end users and systems.
- Implement and manage system, security and network configurations.
- Assist with IT budgeting, hardware procurement, and asset management.
- Recommend upgrades, patches and new equipment for infrastructure.
- Assist with IT initiatives related to servers, network, and enterprise level systems as needed.
- Maintains and administers enterprise systems.
- 5 years of experience in system administration or infrastructure support
- Experience managing Windows environments
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Meraki, Palo Alto or similar systems
- Working knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity planning and best practices.
- Prior experience reviewing and actioning on security and system alerts.
- Ability to travel to other offices as deemed necessary, less than 25% travel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to explain complex issues to non-technical users.
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Some lifting and transporting moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
