Representing more than 100 lenders - both commercial banks and non-traditional lenders, including eight of the top 10 commercial banks nationwide, our decades of experience provide us with unique insight into the deal terms and key documentation issues that are most important to sophisticated market participants.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Represent banks, private credit lenders, institutional investors, and corporate clients in a variety of financing transactions.
- Work on asset-based, acquisition, and cash-flow financing matters.
- Handle junior capital investments, restructurings, and bankruptcy matters.
- Manage the transactional aspects of complex debt finance matters.
Qualifications
Schedule
The Firm is currently operating in a hybrid model, with the requirement that everyone should be in the office at least three days per week. This schedule is subject to change dependent on Firm, department and client needs, and will be routinely evaluated.
Work Authorization
