What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Treasury Analyst position at Chobani?
Summary
The Treasury Analyst will support Treasury and Accounting by leading debt and derivative administration, accounting and special projects. Additionally, the position will serve as a backup for the Liquidity manager responsible for daily bank account reconciliations, initiation of wires, and bank account documentation / signatories.
Responsibilities
- Review commodity confirms to trader emails and initiate wire payment / settlements
- Provide adhoc reporting from Vault to support hedge accounting entries
- Track equipment leases and ensure early buyout notifications are sent timely
- Provide monthly borrowing rate updates to Accounting for lease analysis
- Review borrower consent / transfers, obtain signatures & track in excel
- Manage data posted to Syntrak loan site with BofA / Admin Agent
- Manage access and data posted to Venue bond site
- Maintain floating borrowing rates in excel; review and validate Accounting reports related to debt journal entries and footnote
- Assist with potential automation to Treasury workstation and / or market risk system
- Performs other duties, as required, including ad-hoc requests, analysis and preparing presentations
- Backup for liquidity manager Duties include initiating wires and daily reconciliation of select bank accounts
- Support weekly liquidity model update including trends and deviation analysis
- Provide support with bank account documentation and assist with preparing regulatory reporting- FBAR, SOX, etc.
- Backup accounting manager with cash journal entries
- Analyze financial reports and records making recommendations based on analysis and status of reserves, assets, and expenditures
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and continuously strive to automate manual processes
- Support the Assistant Corporate Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements

Compensation Range : $58,000.00-$87,000.00, plus bonus.
