In this essential leadership role, the Senior Director will champion Chobani's strategic growth, overseeing increased production and capacity to ensure that the new plant operates with the highest standards of manufacturing excellence, efficiency, resilience, and innovation.
The Senior Director of Technical Services will lead all aspects of the manufacturing engineering, automation, utilities, wastewater, MRO, and spare parts inventory management functions at Chobani’s New Berlin, NY site. The successful candidate will bring the necessary experience and leadership to ensure that our manufacturing capability and performance meets or exceeds our expectations. The focus will be to reduce downtime and assure peak plant efficiency, understanding and controlling repair costs.
