Job Summary
The Crafts I – Journeyperson performs general maintenance duties / repairs as assigned.
Pay Range
Minimum $26.21 Midpoint $34.72 Maximum $43.24
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Licensure
Heavy - Very high energy level Lift over 50 lbs. Carry 80 lbs. a distance of 30 feet. Push/pull > 200 lbs. (ie. Patients on bed, stretcher) Lateral transfer or max assist sit to stand transfer.

Experience
- Required: Minimum five (5) years mechanical equipment repair, troubleshooting, maintaining and building systems experience.
- Preferred: Over five (5) years of experience in a hospital setting.
- Required: High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
- Required: Trade school or on the job training with recognized service organization.
- Required: To include any of the following: HVAC, Electrical, Lighting Controls, Plumbing, Locksmith, Access Controls, Security Systems, Fire Alarm systems, Carpentry, Painting, Drywall repair, computer programming, water damage restoration. Strong verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal relationship and collaboration skills. Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English effectively at a level appropriate for the safe and effective performance of the
