Neonatologist
CHOC Children s Hospital, Division of Neonatology, is seeking Board Certified / Eligible Neonatologists to join our well-established group of 70 neonatologists providing coverage at our regional 100 bed level 4 NICU at Children's Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) and 13 other level 3 and level 2 NICU s with additional locations in Southern California.
- The group also has an expanding newborn hospitalist program and is supported by advance practice providers.
- The CHOC NICU has facilities for ECMO and Cardiac Surgeries and runs busy specialized lines of neonatal services including a vibrant Small Baby Unit, a Surgical NICU, a CVNICU and a Neuro NICU.
- There is a shared Neonatology fellowship program with the University of California, Irvine, a new Neonatal Hemodynamic and Cardiovascular fellowship program and a pediatric residency program at CHOC.
- The Division supports broad research programs in both clinical and quality improvement. CHOC prides itself as being one of few children s hospitals with a distinguished innovation center and artificial intelligence MI3 program.
