Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned cases within a team environment
- Conduct legal research and analyze key issues
- Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
- Motion practice and court appearances
- Case development to efficiently provide exceptional legal services to our clients
- Conduct depositions and witness interviews.
- Trial preparation and managing a variety of experts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Active membership in a current state bar
- Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a relaxed, informal environment.
- Ability to engage in challenging and varied work while prioritizing appropriately within a fast-paced setting
- Excellent research, writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Actively barred in Idaho, Oregon or Washington
- Experience in personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, premise liability and work site accidents
- Experience with construction defect or dram shop matters.
- Experience in federal and/or appellate courts.
- Ability to utilize cutting-edge legal technology to streamline processes to maximize efficiency and a willingness to learn new tools
