ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Responsibilities :

  • Manage assigned cases within a team environment.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze key issues.
  • Draft and review legal documents and pleadings.
  • Motion practice and court appearances.
  • Case development to efficiently provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
  • Conduct depositions and witness interviews.
  • Trial preparation and managing a variety of experts.

Collaboration is key! Successful candidates will appreciate the team approach we take to manage cases, they will thrive working alongside experienced attorneys, and supportive paralegals and legal assistants.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Active membership in a current state bar.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a relaxed, informal environment.
  • Ability to engage in challenging and varied work while prioritizing appropriately within a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent research, writing, communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Bonus Points :

  • Actively barred in Idaho, Oregon or Washington.
  • Experience in personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, premise liability and work site accidents.
  • Experience with construction defect or dram shop matters.
  • Experience in federal and / or appellate courts.
  • Ability to utilize cutting-edge legal technology to streamline processes to maximize efficiency and a willingness to learn new tools.
  • A passion for the law and a drive to succeed!
