Key Responsibilities of Senior Content and Social Media Manager
- Own and execute Choco's LinkedIn company page strategy, positioning Choco as a leader in the AI/food tech space.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow our followers and reach within our target Distributor ICP using both paid and organic methods.
- Craft and execute a tailored influencer and partner engagement strategy.
- Develop compelling and high-quality content, including web copy, email copy, written posts, articles, videos, and LinkedIn Reels.
- Directly support the CEO in increasing his LinkedIn and X presence through engaging posts, networking strategies, and direct outreach to industry leaders.
- Ensure a consistent and best practice proactive and reactive social rhythm.
- Set and track KPIs for audience growth, engagement, and content performance.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in communications or social media and content management, ideally within the tech or startup ecosystem.
- Passionate about AI, tech, and the future of food.
- Natural storyteller with exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Strong grasp of LinkedIn, X, and emerging social media platforms.
- Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented.
