- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on their suggestions.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for transactions and reporting purposes.
- Create a positive environment that encourages repeat business.
Skills
- Proven experience in food service management within the food industry, particularly in quick service fast food or casual dining settings.
