The CSP Coordinator will work alongside military personnel, government officials, and industry leaders to provide exceptional transition services to transitioning Soldiers. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of those who have served our country.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Army Career Skills Programs and serve as the primary point of contact for program coordination.
- Develop partnerships with approved employers, unions, professional associations, and training providers to identify high-demand career opportunities.
- Provide briefings, orientations, and marketing materials promoting CSP participation.
- Track participant progress, maintain accurate records in the TAP Database System, and generate reports for leadership.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university (Master's degree preferred).
- Knowledge of Military Occupational Specialties (MOSs), career planning, and workforce development.
- Excellent communication, technical writing, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
