We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Transition Assistance Program Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the Transition Assistance Program (TAP) at Choctaw Advantage Solutions Services (CAS).
You will schedule client appointments and services using the TAP Database System of Record, ensuring a smooth experience for all participants. Additionally, you will oversee front desk and lobby operations, maintaining a welcoming environment while resolving client scheduling issues.
In this role, you will work closely with the Command Installation Manager (CIM) and Liaison Officer (LNO) to ensure clients are referred to appropriate transition support agencies, including the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) and Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP). You will also assist in onboarding and training new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall delivery of services.
Key qualifications include at least two years in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a customer service or military-related environment. Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and online career resources is essential. Demonstrated experience with scheduling systems, data entry, and office operations is also required.
As a Transition Assistance Program Coordinator, you will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
