Veteran Transition Services Manager
This role is responsible for leading our Veteran Transition Services team and ensuring that Service Members and their families receive the support they need during their transition to civilian life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of career counselors and coordinators to provide support to Service Members and their families.
- Developing and implementing transition programs and services to meet the needs of our clients.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Providing career counseling, facilitating workshops, and supporting military personnel as they prepare for life after service.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a career counseling or transition services setting.
- A strong understanding of the Military lifestyle and the challenges faced by Service Members and their families during transition.
