We are seeking a skilled Facilities Mechanical Equipment Technician to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have experience in HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation, as well as strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing building mechanical equipment and components while ensuring HVAC and refrigeration systems operate efficiently. You will also work with building automation systems and provide support for food service equipment repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems.
- Inspect, install, and service mechanical equipment, including compressors, condensers, pumps, valves, and ventilation units.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with building codes.
- Work with building automation systems and provide support for food service equipment repairs.
