Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair commercial mechanical equipment
- Inspect and install new equipment as needed
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency
- Work with building automation systems to optimize performance
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of experience in commercial mechanical maintenance and repair
- HVAC Class B/Limited Journeyman License or verifiable documentation of mechanical experience
- EPA I & II or Universal License and HVAC Certification
- Valid driver's license
