Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for greeting, directing, giving information to patients, visitors, and staff. You will report to the Dental Supervisor.
PG04 - Start Rate $15.95/hourly | Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4pm |
Primary Tasks:
- You will receive all incoming calls and personal visitors and determine the nature of the call or visit.
- Greet and direct all patients and answer routine inquiries.
- Receive mail and distributing to correct parties.
- You will maintain supplies/inventory
- Enter, access and retrieve data using the computer.
- Have other responsibilities as assigned within scope and competency of the associate.
Required Education and experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Required, i.e. Word, Excel
- Demonstrate and function under stressful situations
- Maintain knowledge of all policies and safety codes of the facility
- One year prior office experience
The Idabel Indian Health Clinic is a 56,000 square foot ambulatory care facility designed for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
