What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Busser Choctaw Landing position at Choctaw Nation?
Overview
Responsible to reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner to ensure clean dining area for guest satisfaction.
Duties
1. Clear dirty plates, glasses, silverware, napkins, food and beverage debris from tables and deposit dishes appropriately in the dish room or specified area.
2. Handle plates and glassware carefully to reduce breakage and potential safety hazards.
3. Clean all surfaces on tables and chairs upon guest.
4. Keep the floor area clean and free of debris.
5. Re-set dining room tables in accordance with established standards.
6. Stock bussing stations.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized working area.
8. Assist other restaurant personnel with food running and other tasks when necessary.
9. Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
· Works well independently and cooperatively in a team environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Previous bussing experience in a high traffic restaurant preferred
