Job Purpose or Objective(s):
Provide support for program to ensure program initiative and goals are met and participants receive the highest level of benefit.
Primary Tasks:
- Coordinate daily program activities and ensure program requirements are being met.
- Support administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the program.
- Maintain accurate, confidential and up to date records per program requirements.
- Prepare routine and non-routine reports including gathering and summarizing data.
- Compose, type, and disseminate letters and correspondence.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- General computer skills
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Two (2) years of experience program services or related
