JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE : BUS DRIVER
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Appropriate Commercial Drivers License or able to qualify for appropriate license.
- Appropriate State of Oklahoma Certificate or able to qualify for appropriate certificate.
- Physical requirements as set forth in attached Physical Job Description.
- Demonstrated aptitude or competence for assigned responsibilities.
- All other related duties as deemed necessary by the Transportation Supervisor.
REPORTS TO : Transportation Supervisor
EVALUATED BY : Transportation Supervisor in accordance with Board Policy
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT : 166 day contract. Salary to be determined as per SECNP Master Contract.
JOB GOAL : To provide safe and efficient operation of the district school buses to be done in accordance with all Federal and State laws. To be responsible for thorough knowledge of all district policies as they pertain to the loading, securing and general well being of their students. To ensure that the students placed in their care are afforded safe and efficient transportation.
