SUMMARY: Ensuring efficient and prompt cleaning of china and glassware, maintaining a continuous supply of silver and dishware for the dining venue. Pearl River Resort Associates must adhere to company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures on a continual basis. They must contribute to a safe work environment by complying with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting them to the appropriate person.

AGE AND GAMING: 18 years of age or above, non-gaming property.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED preferred, minimum four months previous progressive Food and Beverage experience preferred.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required. Must complete a Serve-Safe class prior to starting.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Essential responsibilities include physical ability such as lifting or maneuvering at least 50 pounds, standing/walking 90% of the shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, reach, twist, and grip throughout the shift. Must be able to work while wearing latex, vinyl, or rubber gloves. This position is required to work in outside weather conditions and may perform responsibilities and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces as well as exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, and extreme weather/heat.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow all property rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to protect and safeguard all property assets.
- Maintain standards set by management in scraping, racking, stacking, and washing of china, silver, pots/pans, and glassware.
- Keep work areas, coolers, storage areas, and floors clean and sanitary.
- Maintain clean storage areas and ensure the cleanliness of china and glassware.
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Assist in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain knowledge of facilities, outlets, and special events to advise customers.
- Maintain a consistent attendance record.
