Key Responsibilities
- Manage the protection and control of games being dealt, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Mini-Baccarat.
- Maintain constant eye contact with live table games at all times.
- Conduct games in accordance with company policies and procedures, handling player transactions and notifying Pit Manager of any irregularities.
- Provide a professional, friendly, and courteous atmosphere, promoting a pleasant gaming experience for customers.
