Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our restaurant team as a Food and Beverage Service Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing prompt, efficient, and courteous service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take food and drink orders from guests and serve them promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Prepare or serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
- Service/prepare food & beverage orders in accordance with established service standards.
- Receive payment from guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Comply with all health and safety standards/regulations as well as all applicable beverage, federal, state and local laws/ordinances.
Requirements:
- HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED REQUIRED.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.
- Must be Serv-Safe certified or become certified within thirty (30) days of employment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or employees and one on one.
