Slot Technician Job Summary
This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on all slot machines on the casino floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on all slot machines, including cleaning and lubricating moving parts.
- Diagnose and repair complex issues with slot machines.
- Collaborate with the Lead Technician to develop and implement new procedures for maintaining and repairing slot machines.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and fellow employees.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED required. Electronics experience and/or degree preferred.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and supplies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
