Job Role
As a Pool Monitor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests while they are using our pool facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming areas and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Enforce safety regulations and prevent accidents at the pool.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be able to swim 50 yards continuously and retrieve a ten-pound brick from 4 feet of water.
- Completion of Lifeguard Training taught by NASCO instructors is required.
