Summary
Preparation of meals and putting together entrees
Essential Responsibilities
· Able to work under pressure as kitchen staff.
· Proficiently utilizing a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils.
· Complete meal and entrée preparation.
· Ensure food is stored properly.
· Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with safety regulations.
· Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards complying with state health codes in work and dining areas.
· Performing kitchen maintenance tasks such as emptying the trash, washing dishes and other tasks appointed.
· Stock kitchen with food from main freezer.
· Help in dining as necessary.
· Current food service worker card, within 30 days of hire date
· Other duties as assigned.
