Wait Staff

Summary

Responsible for taking customer’s orders, serve food and beverages.

Essential Responsibilities                

·         Take customers orders, serve food and beverages, prepare itemized checks and accept payments.

·         Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work and dining areas.

·         Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.            

·         Operate an electronic point of sales register.

·         Check with costumers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

·         Fill condiment and napkin containers.

·         Prepare tables for meals, silverware, and glassware.

·         Performing kitchen maintenance tasks such as emptying the trash, washing dishes and other tasks appointed.

·         Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with safety regulations.

·         Help in kitchen as necessary.

·         Current food service worker card with in 30 days of hire date

·         Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

·         Must be professional, polite, and reliable.

·         Must be able to learn and describe food proficiently.
