The ABA Therapist will work directly with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). ABA Therapist Responsibilities
- Implement individualized care plans designed by the BCBA, focusing on behavior management and skill acquisition.

- Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques to promote positive behaviors.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy.
ABA Therapist Qualifications
