In this car repair technician position, you'll receive a competitive flat rate pay of $30-$45 per hour, based on skills and experience. We also provide excellent benefits and perks , including health, dental, vision, 60 hours of paid time off (PTO) starting on your first day of employment, paid holidays, a retirement plan, employee discounts, ongoing training that is paid for by the company, professional development opportunities, and lunch on Fridays. We will guarantee a minimum of 40 hours for the first 4 weeks of employment as you acclimate to our system and processes. After the first 4 weeks, we guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week.

YOUR DAY AS AN AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN
As an Automotive Technician, you have the crucial responsibility of providing top-notch auto repair and maintenance services as well as excellent customer service, making sure our clients are happy with your work. Each day is filled with interesting challenges as you troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a variety of automotive systems, including electrical systems. In between jobs, you take time to help maintain the cleanliness of the shop, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Your day is fast-paced and rewarding as you get our customers safely back on the road!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid NC driver's license
- Willingness to learn and grow with our company!
Experience in automotive repair is required. ASE certification would be a plus but is not required. Are you dedicated to being the very best you can be? WORK SCHEDULE
This car repair position enjoys a work-life-balanced schedule of Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am -5 : 30 pm . No work on Saturdays!
