What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Management Specialist position at Choice Bank?
The Cash Management Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of moderately complex electronic banking tasks related to support of the organizations' electronic banking products and services. The position specializes in business functions such as customer and employee education, risk mitigation and technical support. The role includes development and engagement of Choice's electronic banking products and services, sales support and relationship management as well as customer and employee education and technical support.
Customer Service
- Build and maintain customer relationships through electronic banking products and services
- Provide a full range of technical, and general support for customers and bank personnel
- Collaborates with other teams to identify customer prospects and develop them into customers using electronic banking products and services
- Help onboard new & existing clients and provide customer service to electronic banking customers
- Relationship Management by developing & maintaining sales processes, documentation, and customer feedback related to electronic banking
- Understand and utilize the CRM system to manage client relationships.

The base compensation for this role will begin at $20.78 / hour and up to $31.17 / hour. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. The base salary may vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, experience and geographic location. Full time employees are also eligible for a competitive bonus and benefits package.
