As a Project Manager, You’ll be the Cornerstone of our Projects, Managing Them from Initial Contract to Final Turnover.
Pre-Construction:
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure homes align with client budgets and project goals
- Develop project specifications and budgets using Buildertrend
- Manage the subcontractor bidding process: release, gather, and evaluate bids
- Assist in creating accurate construction schedules
- Support estimating and purchasing to ensure budget accuracy and project success
Construction Management:
- Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Maintain open and proactive communication with clients throughout the process
- Review and approve subcontractor bills to ensure budget alignment
- Assist the Field Superintendent as needed to resolve on-site challenges
- Negotiate contracts and secure favorable pricing with trade partners
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of recent experience as a Residential Construction Project Manager
- Experience with estimating and purchasing preferred
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong budgeting and scheduling abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new technology (Buildertrend experience is a plus!)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check & drug screening

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year depending on experience, plus bonus and profit sharing
