Ideal candidates are the first point of contact for potential new customers and will play a key role in cultivating new business opportunities that are most likely to convert into paying customers. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.
Duties
- Lead generation and prospect development by conducting warm and outbound calling to qualified clients to introduce our products and services.
- Engage in inside sales activities, effectively communicating the value of our offerings to potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer engagement.
- Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on progress.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and strategize on approaches for outreach.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our solutions in the market.
