Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Builder Flooring Sales Representative, based in Bowie, MD with some work-from-home opportunities. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, presenting products to residential builders and commercial contractors, and providing excellent customer service. The role also includes preparing sales reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Sales, Customer Service, and Relationship Management skills
- Market Research and Sales Reporting skills
- Knowledge of flooring products and manufacturing processes (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in the construction or retail flooring industry (a plus)
