After over a decade of proven success and awards of recognition for raising the awareness / success level for CCCU and pushing the marketing boundaries for a financial institution, it seemed logical to work with other businesses to help them achieve success.
What You'll Do :
As the Strategic Business Development Manager for Choice Creative Solutions (CCS), you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities. This multifaceted role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, hustle, and the will to win; in order to expand the customer base and increase revenue for the business. The ideal candidate for this role will have a results-driven mindset, the ability to build and foster relationships, and the proven ability to juggle multiple accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
What You'll Be Responsible For :
- Business Development : Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and lead generation activities, that can have a positive impact on both CCS and Community Choice Credit Union. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers. Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, by presenting campaigns and marketing solutions to current and potential clients.
- Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyze customer needs and industry developments to refine sales and marketing strategies in order to gain a competitive edge. Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth and expand sales for CCS. Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to capture market share.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Collaborate with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and that tailored solutions and high-end customer satisfaction are being delivered. Gather feedback from clients to improve products or services and address any concerns. Create and maintain client contracts, and accurate client records. Oversee the customer relationship management process and look for ways to improve the systems and tools we use to communicate between clients of CCS.
- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and present regular reports on business development, activities, and progress to key stakeholders. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and continuously improve business development strategies.
