Example of duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones and contacting patients
- Administrative support functions
- Working with various computer programs
- Setting appointments, verifying income and insurance
- Collecting payments and handling cash
- Interpretation and translation (Spanish/English)
- Data Entry
- Organizing and maintaining clinic cleanliness
- Customer service
- Assisting throughout the clinic (front and back of the house)
- Operating a variety of office equipment

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED; 19yrs of age or above; Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, in both Spanish and English ; Must have or obtain Nebraska registration as a medication aide. We will provide the training if you do not currently have a Medication Aide registration.
Must possess a valid drivers license and ability to travel between clinic locations.
Hourly Rate: Starting at$17.00/hr with the opportunity for increases based on performance.
