Joinour Georgia Pines : Altamonte Springs team as a Licensed Agent.
We seek a dynamic, motivated,committed individual to join our Florida team! As our licensed agent, you will be the cornerstone of our customer care and will be responsible for directly managing our customers. Your Rolewill involve providing support, writing new business, managing existingrelationships, offering product / service information, and resolving issues withour clients accurately and efficiently.
Job Duties :
- Knowledge of both personaland commercial lines
- Provide service for existing insurance agency customers
- Quote, sell, and bind new policies
- Actively focus on policy renewals and retention
- Service customer concerns
- Properly document and update all customer's information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Mail and document management
- Other duties, as requested
