You will establish, maintain, and enhanceclient relationships to resolve issues and retain customers. Meets servicedelivery standards and performs essential functions to the quality andservice standards developed by our agency. Experience with mid-sized tolarge market accounts is desired.
Primary Responsibilities & Essential Functions :
- Work efficiently with agency producers to assemble, market, and place coveragefor new clients.
- Assistsclients with coverage; uses each contact with the client as an opportunity toreview the whole account
- Preparesproposals and completes applications in coordination with producers; submitsapplications to eligible and appropriate carriers; obtains client signatures onall applications; follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotations andpolicies.
- Reviewcurrent policy information with clients and make coverage recommendations
- ProcessInsured policy change requests
- Follow up toensure the accuracy of endorsements processed by the carrier
- Underwrite,rewrite, re-quote, reinstate, and cancel existing policies on behalf of theinsured
- Obtain allunderwriting information and / or any trailing documentation from the client onbehalf of the carrier
- Notate allinteractions with Insureds in the agency-client management system
- ProcessInsured payments and review billing accounts with insureds
- Maintainclient files in the client management system
- Furnishclients with requests for proof of insurance (certificates of insurance,binders, policies, endorsements, ID cards, declaration pages, and evidence ofcommercial property forms)
- Deliverclient correspondence via Email / USPS
